Homemade Lollipops! 🍭
Have you ever made custom lollipops before? Here’s our take on it using Twinkle products. We used, food colouring, shimming powder, Gold & Silver and Frozen Magic sprinkle mixes to create these tasty delights.
Let's get started!
You’ll need a lollipop mold. We suggest using a heat-resistant reusable one:
Put lollipop sticks and sprinkles into the mold.
Melt the Isomalt and water over medium heat until it's melted completely and looks clean and transparent. Keep over high heat and boil until around 140°C - 160°C. (add the food colour in when it is boiling.)
Pour the mixture into the mold.
Cool down for 5-10 minutes at room temperature. Add sprinkles and shimming powder to each lollipop mold while the mixture sits.
Immediately pour the hot Isomalt into the mold.
Let it sit for 45 to 60 minutes.
Let the lollipops cool completely at room temperature before carefully unmoulding them
If you’re not eating them right away, wrap them in plastic wrap to prevent stickiness. Add them to cute gift bags with bows for a final touch! Enjoy.

This pandemic really brought out people’s creative side! The spike in new small businesses is crazy, especially with baking! WOW, baking really took off, every other post on Instagram is about assorted fruits, smash hearts, and other sweet boxes, we love to see it! Our baking Décor line, Twinkle, has really seen tremendous growth, we are keeping up with all the following trends emerging within the baking community, here is a spin on some of our faves!
Meringue treats have been a huge hit, these light fluffy treats are the best summertime addition. Here is our take on them, we made them into meringue POPS! Yes, pops. These are the definition of too cute to eat. These go perfectly in a party tray, custom dessert arrangement & as a basket stuffer!
Chocolate covered strawberries were already a fan favourite before this pandemic, but man have people gone creative with these!! From beautiful custom assortments to wine infused, there are endless options with the diverse berries. We hopped on the train, and did chocolate covered pretzels, again SUCH a hit in the custom sweet boxes!
Goodies on a stick! From cake pops and cakesicles, baked treats are evolving from a slice of cake to the most adorable snack size creations. Some of the work we have seen from fellow baking fanatics has left us speechless. From edible gold powders, 3D flowers and hand painted designs these delights are art! Here is our version with a cookie for Father’s Day.

Summer Drinks: Strawberry Milkshake!
Summer calls for sweet, fruity fun drinks on a beautiful patio with your favourite book and a nice tan! Lately we have been obsessed over this strawberry milkshake, its so light, refreshing and aesthetically pleasing! Make it Barbie thened for the kiddos at home with Barbie sprinkles, we used the triplet sprinkler from Twinkle Baker Decor! Enough with the chit-chat, let's dive into how to make this years summer time special:
What You'll Need:

8 oz frozen strawberries

4 oz fresh strawberries
-
700ml 100% Fresh milk
-
1/3 cup sweet sand
-
8 ice cubes
-
Whipped Cream Spray
-
Blender
Got everything you need? Great, let's get started:
- Blend 8 oz frozen strawberries, ice cubes, sweet sand sprinkles and fresh milk in a blender until the strawberries are pulverized and smooth.
2.Pour the milkshake out into the Iced Coffee Cup.

What’s more elegant and full of love than giving your mom home-baked shimmering rose cookies? These are so versatile and adorable you can cook a batch for any occasion or event. Since Mother’s Day is right around the corner, we thought we would teach you how to make these tasty treats.
Let us start off with the overall shape of the cookies, ideally sugar cookies are the best ones to use for this, there are various cookie cutters in the shape of flowers. Once you have baked the cookies, let them cool, and grab your Twinkle red frosting tube or bag! Start piping the roses with red icing evenly. With a thin piping tip, create an outline in the shape of the petal to form a rose, like so:
As soon as you create those rose petals, sprinkle some Twinkle shimmer powder, or glitter sand on to the freshly piped line work and brush off the rest from the sides, as so:
Feel free to add a leaf detail to your rose to enhance the look. Try out a few more shapes, colours, and sizes, put them on sticks to create an edible rose bouquet for that special someone, or simply make an edible rose tray assortment!
